I saw many people working their brains off on how to play terraria without using steam (LAN). So, in this post I am telling all the ways that I know to play terraria online (LAN). Basically there are two ways that I know. One is using Hamachi and other is using Gameranger. I will be providing a step-by-step guide. First I will show you how to play it using Gameranger (easy one) and then Hamachi (recommended one). So lets get started.

For this review, I'd have to give playit a 9/10. It's a solid service thats free and helps me host servers without port forwarding. The only reason I gave it 1 less point is that I noticed sometimes, playit doesn't handle ddos attacks well. I noticed after a few seconds of flooding, playit itself will freeze. The only way to fix it is press a few keys and then it responds fine. If that could be fixed, this program would get a 10/10. Thanks for making this as a free product for everyone to use.
Let your friends join your hamachi network. Tell them the port number that is setted in your server (default 40743). Your friends and you go to "Multiplayer" and add a server infomation that uses your IPv4 address of hamachi network and the port number. And then play with friends!
